About Bedford parkrun

Bedford parkrun is a free event which takes place in Bedford Park every Saturday morning. Come along to run, jog, walk, or use a wheelchair to complete our 5k course. Alternatively come along and volunteer. We are a very friendly bunch and welcome everyone of all ages and abilities, you can even bring your baby in a buggy or your dog on a lead to take part too! We give out awards and prizes for achievements and every so often we have a fancy dress run. Visit our website for further information and to register.
